- You should have a basic understanding of English, which allows you to speak freely and generally understand the spoken language, according to the motto "make yourself understood and understand others". The main requirement is a wish to talk about topics that are important or of interest to you. Grammar, syntax and pronunciation are only tools to achieve communication, and improvement of these is not a specific goal in the circle.
